All orders are typically processed within 48 hours, unless the jewelry is back ordered, we will let you know right away!  Shipped every weekday at 4 pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number. Please feel free to leave us a comment or suggestion in the order notes section of your order) 

Please email customer service at coral@reeflifefoundation.org immediately if you have any changes to make to your order.

No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

If the address provided cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact the customer via the email given at checkout. If there is no response from the customer after 10 business days and two notification emails have been sent, the package will be shipped to the address provided and the customer assumes all responsibility. Please take the time to enter your information correctly and carefully. It is very important and will minimize stress for all parties!

OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

All Domestic orders placed with Reef Life Foundation will be given a tracking number and courier contact information.

Please allow at least 1 business day for the tracking to be updated by the courier. 

OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 BUSINESS DAYS)

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.
